Founder, Strong Hitting Academy
Brian Strong is a dedicated baseball coach with extensive experience in player development, strength and conditioning, and private instruction for athletes aspiring to compete at higher levels.
In 2019, Brian worked with the Boston Red Sox AA Affiliate, the Portland Sea Dogs, where he gained firsthand experience in the demands and expectations of professional-level baseball.
A native of Simsbury, Connecticut, Brian played both infield and outfield for Simsbury High School and competed in numerous summer leagues throughout the Northeast. His passion for player development led him to Endicott College, where he earned a degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning and a certification in Coaching.
While at Endicott, Brian served as a volunteer assistant coach for the baseball team and led their strength and conditioning program during the 2014–2015 season—helping players improve their performance both on the field and in the weight room.
With a strong foundation in both baseball and athletic performance, Brian's mission is to help serious athletes develop elite-level skills, improve their baseball IQ, and prepare for the demands of high school, college, or professional competition.
